Kyiv Region, December 19, 2025 — Humanitarian demining specialists of Andromeda have successfully completed a comprehensive on-site assessment that lasted two days at a training ground in the Kyiv region. The auditors confirmed a high level of personnel training and full compliance of the company’s operations with national and international mine action standards.
During the inspection on December 18–19, experts reviewed five key areas of the company’s activities: risk education for the population, non-technical and technical surveys of territories, manual demining, and clearance of areas affected by hostilities. The audit included not only a review of documentation, but also a detailed evaluation of real operational processes under field conditions.
“Successfully passing the audit confirms that our team works every day according to the principle of Precision, Protection, and Progress. Every operation is carried out with the highest level of responsibility, because human lives depend on it,” commented Mykola Zentsev, Head of Andromeda.
Based on the results of the inspection, an official report was issued confirming that the company’s activities meet all established requirements. The certification grants Andromeda the right to continue demining operations and confirms its status as a reliable partner in ensuring the safety of civilians in the liberated territories of Ukraine.
On-site assessment is a mandatory stage in the certification of mine action operators and guarantees that operations are conducted in accordance with the International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) and the national standards of Ukraine.
