Andromeda Demining Systems is a division focused on clearing Ukrainian territories from explosive ordnance. We work in the most dangerous areas, where every step can be crucial for the safety of people. We combine time-tested methods with modern technologies, including drones and robotic platforms, to increase safety and efficiency.
Our team consists of experienced sappers, engineers and analysts, who work for one thing – saving lives and rebuilding communities.
Our activities include:
- Non-technical survey
This is the first stage, during which potentially dangerous areas are identified. We conduct a preliminary risk analysis on site to create a map of the contamination of the territory with mines and explosive remnants of war. - Informing the population about the risks associated with mines and explosive remnants of war
At this stage, we conduct educational activities for the local population, teaching how to properly handle suspicious objects and how to avoid danger. - Technical survey
After a preliminary analysis of the territory, an in-depth survey is carried out using special equipment for the accurate identification of mines and ammunition. This allows us to determine the level of danger in specific areas. - Clearing areas of hostilities
We carry out the clearance of areas contaminated with explosive devices left after hostilities. This includes work in conflict zones or on restored territories to return them to safe use. - Manual demining
In some cases, when other methods cannot be applied, our specialists use manual methods to detect and neutralize explosive devices. This is the most difficult and dangerous part of the work, requiring special attention and caution.
